  I had Brian from flame to fire not show up to install my pellet stove. I called him repeatedly and no answer. Sent him an email and no answer still. I finally called him again days later to have him tell me he has not gone through his messages or email. He didn't care that he missed the install, told me that I should just go with some one else. I waited 5 weeks for that appointment that he missed. Now I'm on another waiting list just because Brain wouldn't even go through the trouble of trying to fit me into he schedule. Not how you run a business!

  I orders a part and he told me it would a week. A week goes by so I call, he says by the end of next week. Is been 3 weeks and I can't get ahold of anyone and no one's calling. Thanks for nothing

  Drove over an hour to get there. Was there by 5p on Thursday. The website, door sign, and answering service all said closes at 6, yet they were locked up and no one available...will not be making a second attempt
