  We came in with a complex business matter. Rich bent over backwards to make sure we walked out with exactly what we came in for. The store was clean and organized. The staff was efficient and professional. This store is an hour away from our business and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  This is the ONLY a place I will ever come to for my phone and plan issues ever again. Richard is the best when it comes to helping the customer understand all the little things and getting a great deal and NOT estimating way over he tells you he estimates high for that reason. I've been to two other Verizon's and compared to all the visits Richard blew it out of the water!
